I've been shopping Rondo & Green for a long time with the hope of acquiring both A-Grade youth and picks and I think this seals the deal. Granted both the Clippers and Cavaliers picks probably aren't projected lottery picks, but who knows what can happen, and Paul George is about as good as it can get in terms of talented youth.
I accept. Really really high on George. But I just can't miss the chance on acquiring arguably the best PG right now. With this trade I may miss my chance on drafting on a high one, but CP3-Gasol would be great come free agency.

I accept as well.
Very disappointed w how my team has been performing. This win one lose two is seriously sucking. Paul is a great asset and I really had to think hard about trading him. Rondo and Paul are playing on about the same level. Green is playing very well also and will be moving to SF. I'm hoping this move will shake up my team and start their winning ways.
This is a sneaky trade for the Celtics and I think Ian knows it. The Pacers are trading an extremely inefficient(last year at least, I'm not gonna argue this so don't bother) SF for the best PG in the league. A+. The Clippers get a much needed wing player and don't sacrifice too too much at the PG position.

I like this trade for the Celtics and Pacers. Indiana gets one of the few true franchise players in Chris Paul. Boston has decided his team direction and gets a big upgrade over Green with Paul George who should speed up his rebuild. He also saves tons of salary and gets two 1sts and Zeller which are good pieces for the future. For the Clippers I'm not sure this is a good trade. I guess we'll have wait and see how Rondo plays with the new and much less talented Celtics, but I'm still not convinced he's a top 5 point guard in the league. I don't think the difference is enough to reject though, not that it would matter with 2 accepts already. I also accept.
