fix the trade without the pick. I really do want Marc Gasol, he's still young and does what Chandler does but chanlder is getting older. I lose some depth with Meta but ill do my best to sign some players left in free agnecy.

I think NYK is getting the better end of the deal here. Tyson has a few decent years left in him, during which he is likely to decline considerably. Bargnani is a just a roll of the dice, who knows whether he'll sink or swim with the Knicks in real life? I'm betting he'll take his crappy work ethic with him and be a decent 6th man with a slightly raised profile because he's in NY. The other pieces in this deal are just meh, so I kinda feel like NYK is getting one of the best Centers in the league for a few measly pieces here. Obviously Metta, Koufos and Tayshaun etc. are just filler. But maybe that's the art of being a good GM? Concealing tainted/mediocre talent well enough to acquire quality? Either way it's accepted now.
