Ergh actually this gets tricky. I think it might have been a mistake to allow Bogdanovic to be drafted. If players leave for Europe (or elsewhere) then I remove them at the end of each season, so it doesn't really make sense to allow them to be drafted here.

IRL Mirotic is technically with the Bulls, though he plays with Real Madrid and hasn't stepped foot in the USA since 2011.

I just wanted rights to him if he were to ever come over again. I just thought since he didn't play a game it wont matter since he technically didn't play in N.A and leave. He just never came over. The Heat already have the rights to him though since he was already drafted. Using Jonas as an example again, this would be like if he was drafted again in 2013 by someone besides the Raptors since he didn't come over right away.

Regarding the situation with Nikola Mirotic and Bojan Bogdanović:

I'm going to allow the Knicks to keep Bogdanovic, because if they're not allowed to keep him now it's kinda like they've been screwed over. Also he's not as big a name as Mirotic who, from what I understand, is really high on most GMs radars in the NBA and would've been taken in the Top 10 in this draft if anyone had known he was available. Also because Alex English can take Sergey Karasev instead and he doesn't get messed around too much.

However from now on GMs must only pick from the list of available rookies. Guys who should be in the league, like Miles Plumlee, will enter via Free Agency.

Now that Deng has been traded IRL I feel better about Snell, but still, most of us stick to the rules and draft from the board while others "cheat the system" a little bit and sneak in a good player who shouldn't have been available.
